Dee is founder of one of the leading travel representation companies in the UK, which specialises in highly tailored sales and marketing representation for DMC’s and hotels. He has spent over 25 years working in the tourism industry and across many different sectors. Dee and his team at We Define Travel have been working alongside the founding team at Elevate DMC for over a decade and have a deep understanding of the vision and goals set out by the company. The entire team bring a wealth of knowledge, creatively and key industry relationships to the business.

Hussein serves as the Senior Sales Manager for the MENA region. With over 8 years of experience in account and sales management within the tourism industry, Hussein skillfully oversees the travel trade, tour operators, and corporate portfolio. He excels in devising and executing sales promotion strategies and securing customized deals. Hussein has fostered strong partnerships with key clients spanning various markets and regions.

With a vast experience of 24 years in the tourism industry, Alla kicked-off her tourism career in aviation at Flydubai. From ticketing, reservations to the commercial side, she has experienced it all. Alla is a strong team player in the Russian market and reflects this in her passion for creating unforgettable memories.
Jeanette Bolin
Regional Office – Scandinavia
Jeanette has spent nearly 30 years in the travel industry, working in various positions such as sales, product, and business development, and being an entrepreneur. Thanks to her extensive experience, she has built a strong and solid network, both globally and within the Nordic Market. This allows her to establish trust, and understanding, and utilize her vast know-how to efficiently operate within the Nordic market and connect with the right stakeholders.

For over 27 years, Johan has held senior positions in consumer commerce. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on the consumer, building high-performing sales and marketing teams driven by his passion for people and performance. Johan has consistently delivered impressive growth in sales, profit, and market share, always thinking outside the box. Additionally, he has a well-connected knowledge of sports, particularly golf, throughout the Nordic market.

Maria Castro Roig, who was born Spanish but with an Asian heart. She has worked extensively in different and specialized areas within the travel industry. She is the partner of her own representation company where she oversees sales and marketing. She is meticulous when it comes to customer service and offers creative solutions that complement the company values in delivering not only exceptional, tailor-made travel services, but also in surpassing client expectations.
Charles Lai
Regional Office – Asia
Charles, with over two decades of experience in the tourism industry, possesses extensive expertise in product sourcing, having worked at a prominent wholesaler in Singapore. Additionally, he has excelled in sales and marketing. With his vast experience, Charles is dedicated to expanding Elevate' client base in the Asian market.
